nutrition therapy

Food doesn't have to feel so complicated.

My practice rooted in client-centered, trauma-informed, individualized care and informed by non-diet, weight-inclusive principles. I understand that health means something different to everyone. Together we'll work to understand how you interact with food, where you're feeling stuck, and develop a plan that honors your physical, mental, and emotional health.

I'm here to help you rediscover the innate body wisdom you were born with so you can make decisions that feel good in your body & your life.

less time agonizing over food decisions

Imagine feeling confident making food choices and knowing you're nourishing your body well. We'll work together to come up with some general guidelines and strategies that ensure your nutrition needs are met.

Guilt-free eating

Guilt doesn't belong on your plate. We'll explore where that guilt is coming from and work to challenge and unlearn any unhelpful beliefs.

more brain space for the things you care about

You have better things to do with your brain than feel guilty about what you're eating, anxious about your next meal, or hating your body. I want to help you show up in your life fully, without being bogged down by food & body anxiety.

I don't live in massachusetts. Can we work together?

I am currently licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Illinois, and Utah. I can provide virtual appointments in a handful of other states - please reach out to me to see if I can work in your state specifically.

how do i know if nutrition therapy is right for me?

If you've gotten to the place you're thinking about...it's probably the right time for you. You don't need a formal diagnosis to get care - if you're wanting more peace with food, it might be time.

Where are sessions held? do you offer in person?

I primarily provide virtual counseling via a HIPAA-compliant platform but offer in-person sessions one day a week at the Coastal Wellness office at 105 Webster St in Hanover, MA.
